Updating an earlier item, New York Yankees pitcher Jordan Montgomery has officially been diagnosed with a flexor strain of his pitching elbow and he will be out 6-8 weeks as a result. Domingo German will take Montgomery's place in the Yankees bullpen but he has almost zero fantasy baseball value. As far as Montgomery is concerned, he should be cut loose in more shallow leagues as he was nothing but an SP 5 anyway.
