The Pittsburgh Pirates and New York Yankees continue to discuss ace SP Gerrit Cole but there continues to be holdup over the availability of top infield prospect Gleyber Torres. The Yanks refuse to include Torres but the Pirates won't give up. In fact, it was reported early Saturday that the Pirates were willing to include infielder Josh Harrison with Cole in a package for Torres but the Yanks still won't budge. Yankees outfielder prospect Clint Frazier is still in the package and maybe Chance Adams could round things out if the Pirates do in fact blink. For now, the talks figure to remain stale until after the holidays.
