Clearly laboring the last few weeks with a shoulder injury, the news that Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jamies Winston will miss at least the next two games while recovering from the ailment is no shock to anyone who witnessed the sorry state of the team;s offense lately. Winston's struggled have had a severe negative impact on top wideout Mike Evans and to a lesser extent fellow receiver DeSean Jackson and tight end Cameron Brate. Both Evans and Brate caught just one pass in the team's loss to the New Orleans Saints this past Sunday and running back Doug Martin picked up all of 7 yards on 8 carries. Martin is now going to face stacked 8 men in the box while Winston is out as backup QB Ryan Fitzpatrick won't strike fear in any defense and good luck to Evans picking up meaningful numbers as well. Anyone who owns stock in Evans knows how frustrating this recent stretch of games have been as his numbers are WAY off last years tremendous pace and now the Winston injury just compounds the matter. Obviously, the word is out in the sorry state of the Bucs' offense and so you won't be getting equal value back in any prospective Evans trade. The best course of action is to ride this out with Evans and Brate but Jackson owners need to send him to the bench.
