2017 FANTASY FOOTBALL INJURY FALLOUT: TEXANS LOSE QB DeSHAUN WATSON FOR SEASON WITH TORN ACL, DEVASTATION FOR TEAM

Having become a literal overnight sensation, Houston Texans rookie QB DeShaun Watson suffered a season-ending torn ACL in his knee during practice on Thursday and he will miss the remainder of the 2017 season.  The fallout is astronomical as Watson was setting all sorts of rookie passing records and in just his last game versus the Seattle Seahawks, threw for four touchdowns and over 400 yards.  Now Watson is done until 2018 and the fallout for wideouts DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller is very bad as the incompetent Tom Savage will go back under center.  Hopkins and Fuller go from WR 1/2 respectively; to 2/3's with Watson being out and that of course is a big blow to their fantasy football owners as well.  Simply put, Savage is brutal and so the rumors of Colin Kaepernick being under consideration is a good thing if you hold stock on Hopkins and Fuller.  Either way, those who snagged Watson on waivers a few weeks ago and left with a gaping hole going forward in their rosters.
