2017 FANTASY FOOTBALL WEEK 7 WAIVER WIRE ADDS

It is already Week 7 in fantasy football and so here are the prime adds for the upcoming slate of games.

Jared Goff:  Everyone who just lost Aaron Rodgers for the season should have the Los Angeles Rams QB squarely in their sights going forward.  Goff now has an 8/3 split in TD/INT and clearly is leaps and bounds ahead of where he was performance-wise as a rookie in 2016.

Darren McFadden/Alfred Morris:  We keep hearing conflicting reports about whether it will be McFadden or Morris who will be the starting or primary ball carrier for the Dallas Cowboys while Ezekiel Elliott serves his six-game suspension (we think).  Both guys have seen better days but both also will likely be quite spry given the lack of work they have had the last season-plus.  Throw in the best offensive line in football opening up holes and they each should be added.

Orleans Darkwa:  While Wayne Gallman was all the rage in this space a week ago, it is now Darkwa who needs to be owned in the New York Giants' backfield.  Darkwa rushed for 117 yards on 21 carries and has averaged 8.6 and 5.6 each of the last two weeks.

John Brown:  While he is still too hit-or-miss for my taste, the Arizona Cardinals now have some balance in their offense after Adrian Peterson came on board and run wild in his debut.  Brown is a big-play guy all the way and is especially valuable in PPR formats.

Austin Hooper:  It looks like Atlanta Falcons QB Matt Ryan is shoring up some chemistry with Hooper after the two hooked up for seven catches last week.  While Hooper carries potential, he has not gained much consistency just yet.  The best could be yet to come though.
