The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may be without QB Jameis Winston for Week 9 as he is still being bothered by an ongoing shoulder problem that clearly hurt his play in this past Sunday's game. Winston performed horrible in the team's loss to the Carolina Panthers as he tossed 2 interceptions without a scoring pass and looked inhibited throughout the game. In addition, Winston's brutal play put a major hurting on the production of ace wideout Mike Evans who caught just one pass in the first half this past Sunday and then added some garbage time receptions to carve out a semi-useful day (5 catches for 60 yards). The fact of the matter however is that Evans' numbers are down sharply this season compared to his monster 2016 and if Winston is out for Week 9, his production will likely take a hit again with Ryan Fitzpatrick under center. While we don't suggest running out to sell Evans, talking up his name brand to a less-than-tuned-in fantasy player could be a decent way to get out from the trouble. Either way, Evans has not lived up to his first round value halfway through the season.
