Arizona Cardinals QB Carson Palmer might have played his final snap of the 2017 season after suffering a broken left arm during the team's Sunday loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The typical recovery period is about 8-10 weeks and so Palmer is likely not going to play again since it will be almost impossible for the Cards to stay in any sort of playoff contention. Also the return of David Johnson may not happen as well since it would be pointless for the Cardinals to being their All-Pro back for meaningless games. Meanwhile the end could be very near for Palmer who was inconsistent before getting hurt this season and the Cards will surely look to move on. Finally, the loss of Palmer is horrendous news for the owners of wideouts Larry Fitzgerald and John Brown who will now have to try and manage to catch balls from the awful Drew Stanton.
