2017 FANTASY FOOTBALL STATUS REPORT: COUNT ON EZEKIEL ELLIOTT PLAYING WEEK 1 AND LIKELY BEYOND

Wow has this whole thing gotten to be a circus.  Of course I am referring to the NFL's six-game ban of Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott which is currently being heard on appeal and is now full of developments.  The most recent and explosive involves an NFL investigator who recommended ZERO games for Elliott and who then was barred from future proceedings by the league in terms of the case.  The woman's name is Kia Roberts and she was a star witness for Elliott and the NFLPA in the hearing the last few days.  While a ruling has yet to be made, the NFLPA heard enough in issuing a pro-Zeke restraining order in Texas to block any suspension from the arbitrator.  This is now a guarantee Elliott will be playing in Week 1 and further bolsters the notion he will play all season as this drags on.  We all know how slow courts systems move and so I will go on record saying Elliott will play most if not ALL of the 2017 fantasy football season.  So those who took the risk (he went in the middle of Round 2 in the Experts League) in drafting Elliott are about to get a top overall talent for a discounted rate that surely puts their squads in a major position to dominate.  As for the NFL, they can't look any worse.  What a disgrace.
