The New York Jets have been trying for the better part of a year now to deal disgruntled and troubled DT Sheldon Richardson and they finally accomplished it Friday by moving him to the Seattle Seahawks for WR Jermaine Kearse and a second and third round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. While Richardson has had trouble with the law and already has dealt with suspensions from the league, he is a big-time pocket collapsing tackle who will help the Seahawks immediately. Meanwhile Kearse gets a golden opportunity on a WR-desperate team but his past with the Seahawks is very shaky on that front to say the least. Kearse will compete with Robby Anderson to be the top target of Jets QB Josh McCown but you really don't want to deal with any of these players if possible.
