Where there is injury smoke there is usually fire. When the Indianapolis Colts placed QB Andrew Luck on the PUP list to begin training camp, the team made it a point to state that they felt he had enough time to be ready for Week 1. Alarms began to go off however when Luck himself failed to guarantee his health for the opener when meeting with reporters when camp got underway. Taking it slow from his offseason shoulder surgery, Luck increasingly was becoming a shining red flag for 2017 fantasy football. Tuesday brought another blaring alarm in the form of CBS Network's Jason LaConfora reporting that there is a growing feeling that Luck will still be on PUP for Week 1. This of course would be very bad news for Luck and his 2017 fantasy football value but already the latter has been sinking fast as nothing will drop a stock more than missing the opener. So where we are right now with Luck is hoping i he does miss time, it is simply the one game. However I have said from the beginning I want no part of Luck this season in fantasy football despite how tremendous his ability is. This confirms it more.
