Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal created a bit of a stir Saturday when he reported it was pretty much a certainty that Todd Frazier would end up on the Boston Red Sox before or on the July trade deadline. With the Red Sox having foolishly given up on Travis Shaw too quickly and having also just recently DFA'ing Pablo Sandoval, the need is obvious. Throw in the fact the Chicago White Sox want to trade anything that is not nailed down and this makes sense on a lot of levels. Still a supreme power hitter who also can steal the odd base, Frazier has also become a HUGE batting average liability the last season-plus and going from the White Sox to the Red Sox wouldn't change his fantasy baseball outlook much since both locales are offensive havens. The bigger issue is what the rest of the AL East will do in response.
