Well then. Los Angeles Dodgers pitching prospect Julio Urias is fully deserving of all the fantasy baseball hype he has received the last couple of seasons but at least for now, it doesn't look like he is ready to stick in the majors just yet as rampant reports are circulating that he will be sent back to Triple-A. Urias has really struggled in his last two starts in giving up 12 earned runs in his last two starts but keep in mind the kid is still just 20 years of age. That means there should be quite a bit of slack given to Urias who has future ace written all over him no matter how he is performing now. The big problems with Urias so far is a complete and utter lack of control as evidenced by his insane 5.40 BB/9 rate. In addition, Urias is not picking up a lot of strikeouts as his 4.24 K/9 is way down from his minor league numbers and the 9.82 mark he put up in his 2016 debut with the Dodgers, Urias needs to go back into the classroom and dissect his stuff a bit but he should be back before too long given how naturally talented he is. If someone drops Urias, I would absolutely pick him up and if you are a current owner, hold pat if you can. The talent will reveal itself before you know it.
