While it was not arm-related, Cleveland Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco could be looking at a trip to the disabled list after he injured his left pectoral muscle in his Monday outing. Having already given up five runs in 3.2 innings, Carrasco left the mound with a trainer after coming down with pain in his pectoral region. He is expected to be evaluated again on Tuesday which is when a DL stint could be decided. Once again Carrasco is showing ace-level stuff but continually is being undermined by injury.
