The flu bug is circulating around the Boston Red Sox clubhouse and for Wednesday's game it has claimed outfielder Mookie Betts and infielder Brock Holt. Chris Young is starting in place of Betts who is being listed as day-to-day. Obviously any game that Betts doesn't start is a bummer in fantasy baseball terms given his awesome five category ability but this is not much of a story outside of today.
