FANTASY BASEBALL INJURY FALLOUT: BLISTER ONCE AGAIN SEND RICH HILL TO DL

That gasp you heard was all fantasy baseball owners of Noah Syndegaard after witnessing what the Los Angeles Dodgers placing starting pitcher Rich Hill on the disabled list Friday with a blister,  Having been plagued for a large chunk of 2016 with blister problems, it is quite disturbing that Hill only logged once start in 2017 before encountering trouble with it again.  Whereas we were more worried about Hill's arm holding up at his advanced age going back to last season, a blister was not what anyone had in mind for him or any other pitcher in terms of keeping them out of action,  Again Hill missed weeks at a time last season with multiple blister problems and the real shame is that it overshadowed some excellent pitching (2.12 ERA, 1.10 WHIP).,  The fact that it keeps happening means Hill's grip is too blame and we have to wonder now if this will be an ongoing problem for Syndegaard as well considering he was forced out of his Opening Day start with the same problem.  If you are a Hill owner, you knew going in there would be challenges staying healthy and so you need to grin and bear it.  Meanwhile Alex Wood and not Julio Urias will take Hill's rotation spot, with the former having some SP 5 value given his strikeout ability.
