While there has not been an official statement yet by the team, the Chicago Bears will go with Brian Hoyer in Week 5 over Jay Cutler who is still not practiving in coming back from an injured thumb. In addition, a good outing by Hoyer is likely to result in him keeping the job according to a team source which echoed what was being said after the team's win in Week 4 over the Detroit Lions.
Analysis: In two-QB formats, Hoyer actually could be an option as he has a decent array of weapons in Alshon Jeffrey, Eddie Royal, Zach Miller, and Jordan Howard. He also has a supreme matchup versus the Indianapolis Colts this Sunday who just got done making Blake Bortles look like a competent passer.
