FANTASY FOOTBALL WEEK 3 INJURY WATCH: ALSHON JEFFERY (KNEE) LOOKING MORE IFFY BY THE DAY

When it comes to Chicago Bears ace wideout Alshon Jeffery, the narrative of his still young career has remainded steady throughout.  Supreme game-breaking talent who is a WR 1 in fantasy football terms but who also deals with constant injuries and missed games which was an especially major problem in 2015.  Well only two games into the 2016 season, Jeffery is hurting once again and this time it is a knee problem that threatens to keep him out for Week 3.  This on top of the fact that starting QB Jay Cutler might sit with a thumb injury suffered in last Monday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.  Jeffery did take part in a portion of practice on Wednesday but Thursday he was completely off the field which heightens the alarms for Week 3.  To make matters more dicey for fantasy owners of Jeffery, the Bears play Sunday night which takes away most of the slate of prospective receiver replacments if he does sit.  The best thing to do if you are a Jeffery owner is to pick up Eddie Royal if available and use him as Jeffery's replacement.  We think Jeffery should be able to go versus Dallas but this is one of the biggest injury items to focus in on tomorrow.
