FANTASY FOOTBALL WEEK 2 ISSUES: AARON RODGERS/MATTHEW STAFFORD SET FOR MONSTER GAMES

The injury news is downright nasty for the Minnesota Vikings leading into Week 2 and it couldn't have come at a worse time as DT Shariff Floyd and CB Xavier Rhodes are both OUT for Sunday's game versus the Green Bay Packers.  Already coming off a three-TD total opener VS. Jacksonville, Rodgers should have a great chance at 300 yards and 3 more TD's in this one.

In addition to Rodgers, my personal QB value of the year in Detroit's Matthew Stafford should have a monster game of his own on the fast turf at home versus the weak Tennessee Titans secondary.  What is strange to me is that someone as good as Stafford could be as widely ignored as he was at the draft table this summer.  The retirement of Calvin Johnson no doubt was a huge factor but the Lions did great in bringing in the emerging Marvin Jones and the PPR-gem that is Golden Tate.  Throw in the rise to stardom of tight end Eric Ebron and two pass-catching backs in Theo Riddick and Ameer Abduallah and Stafford is a darkhorse fantasy football QB MVP candidate.
