FANTASY FOOTBALL WEEK 1 ISSUES: MARKUS WHEATON LIKELY OUT SUNDAY WHICH OPENS UP POTENTIAL MONSTER VALUE PLAY FOR????

The injury news on Pittsburgh Steelers number 2 wideout Markus Wheaton was not good on Friday as head coach Mike Tomlin confirmed reports that it is unlikely he will be able to play in Week 1 due to a shoulder problem.  With the Steelers likely to be involved in a shootout versus the Washington Redskins and NFL number 1 overall wideout Antonio Brown having his hands full with All-Pro CB Josh Norman, there is a monster opportunity at hand for someone among Sammie Coates, Eli Rogers, or Darius Heyward-Bey in this game.  With Big Ben likely having to look away from Brown more than usual, there will be plenty of passes up for grabs against a Redskins team that likes to throw it as often.  Rogers seems like the best bet to be that guy since he already was named the slot receiver and Roethlisberger is likely going to have to do more short routes and dump offs with Brown covered.  Also tight end Jesse James looks like a big play to me as well for the same reason.  Right now we are hearing Heyward-Bey will be split out opposite Brown but his career has been filled with disappointment and letdown so you don't want to trust him for Week 1 by any means.  Finally Coates was supposed to be the guy to challege Wheaton to play opposite of Brown but he was not good in the preseason.  Right now if you have a spare part to use, Rogers would be the guy to pick up.
