FANTASY FOOTBALL INJURY FALLOUT: ADRIAN PETERSON OUT WEEKS WITH LIGAMENT DAMAGE IN KNEE

A rough start rushing wise become so much worse Sunday night when Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson suffered ligament damage in his knee against the Green Bay Packers Sunday night.  Peterson went down after a second half carry and immediately began clutching his right leg.  He soon needed help getting back to the locker room where testing revealed the ligament damage.  A month is the minimum that Peterson will missand likely more given the ligament is bad.  That means Jerrick McKinnon and Matt Asiata will play in Peterson's place but it also means the Vikings will throw it more under Bradford and the terrific Stefon Diggs.  Given his age and rough start before the injury, it looks like Peterson is now finally slipping.
