FANTASY FOOTBALL BREAKING NEWS: COWBOYS SIGN MARK SANCHEZ AS DAK PRESCOTT INSURANCE

In seemingly five minutes after he was cut by the Denver Broncos, the Dallas Cowboys inked veteran QB Mark Sanchez to back up rookie Dak Prescott.  Sanchez is now on his fourth team since he was a first round draft pick of the New York Jets and groomed to be that team's franchise starter.  He failed there royally due to untimely turnovers and injuries and didn't fare much better as a backup in Philly.  Meanwhile Sanchez threw away a chance to be the Denver Broncos' starter this summer and now he ends up as a caddy to a rookie.

Analysis:  What an ugly journey.  This is nothing but insurance in case Prescott is not ready to hold the fort until Tony Romo returns but it has no bearing on fantasy football.
