The all-important running backs are up next so let's see who makes my list in terms of those you should drarft and those you should avoid.

Todd Gurley
David Johnson
Le'Veon Bell
Lamar Miller
Mark Ingram
LeSean McCoy
Latavius Murray
Jeremy Langford
Arian Foster
Matt Jones
Danny Woodhead
Rashad Jennings
Duke Johnson
Chris Ivory

Adrian Peterson
Doug Martin
Jamaal Charles
Thomas Rawls
Devonta Freeman
Matt Forte
C.J. Anderson
Melvin Gordon
Carlos Hyde
DeMarco Murray
Ryan Mathews
Jeremy Hill
Frank Gore

All right lots to digest here so let's start with those to draft.  While I don't go running back in Round 1, I have no qualms with Gurley or Johnson being picked there.  Both guys are young and will dominate touches for their teams and in PPR Johnson is arguably the top back in the game.  I like Bell as a vlaue play even if he gets suspended four games given the massive numbers he can provide on a weekly basis.  Meanwhile I have gushed about Lamar Miller from here to eternity and think like everyone else he is sitting on a monster 2016 that could have him in running for being fantasy football MVP.  Go very hard there.  McCoy and Murray are inconsistent but both guys should get the majority of touches and Murray still could get better.  I do like the upside and combination of being given an opportunity when it comes to Jones and Langford.  Yes I do have Arian Foster on here as well and that is because he is will be the guy in Miami no questions asked and when on the field, he still can produce.  This is especially true in PPR formats where Foster should catch 50 balls easy.

In staying with the PPR theme, Johnson, Riddick, and Woodhead all make the very good RB 2 grade there.  Same with Jennings if he gets the majority of touches for the New York Giants as I think he will.  Finally even though I have been a critic of his in the past, Mark Ingram has only gotten better the last few seasons with his reception totals and rushing.

Now going to the other side, I am leery of Peterson coming off such a big carry season at his age.  Charles is coming off his second ACL tear in his knee and Spencer Ware should net a decent amount of carries as a backup.  Rawls looks to me like a one-year rookie fluke who caught the league off guard and he has the capable C.J. Prosise and aparently resurgent Christine Michael on his heels.  Never been a fan of C.J. Anderson and won't start now.  Doug Martin just got paid and he was awful the two years prior to going for the dough in 2015.  Charles Sims will also be the receiving back.  While I always have loved Forte, he is hurt and Bilal Powell will and should play a lot.  Finishing up the list, Freeman will lose maybe HALF the workload in Atlanta to Tevin Coleman and Hyde, Gore, Gordon, Mathews, and Murray are all disasters waiting to happen due to injury and age.
