2016 FANTASY FOOTBALL ISSUES: CHICAGO BEARS BACKFIELD LOOKS ONE TO BE AVOIDED

During the 2015 fantasy football season, arguably the most annoying and frustrating backfield in thre game beloned to the New York Giants.  Using not one, not two, not three, but FOUR running backs in more than a semi-way, the Giants backfield was hell for those who took part in fantasy football in terms of trying to figure out which guy to own or use during light bye weeks.  As we look toward 2016, it certainly seems as though the still volatile Giants backfield will be joined by the Chicago Bears as an early Monday report indicated that head coach John Fox plans to use a committee that includes Jeremy Langford, Kadeem Carey, rookie Jordan Howard, and Jacquizz Rodgers.  While the Chicago Tribune repors that Langford has the best chance to get the most carries among this group, the report also stated that Fox wants to rotate his runners so as to keep defenses off balance and keep his guys fresh.  This bit of news of course is awful for the value of any Bears running back for 2016 fantasy football and in particular Langford who had some decent sleeper value heading into the summer.  While Langford should still be drafted, that applies now to him being only a RB 3 instead of a RB 2 where we had him originally.  Either way the committee is taking on a whole new meaning in Chicago.
