FANTASY BASEBALL CLOSING TIME: SHAWN TOLLESON OFFICIALLY OUT OF NINTH INNING, TIME TO SHINE SAM DYSON

While it went one more appearance longer then I thought it would, the Texas Rangers finally removed struggling closer Shawn Tolleson from the closer role after blowing his fourth save of the season in brutal fashion on Wednesday.  The icing on the cake was the game-winning walk-off home run he surrendered to Khris Davis to throw the game away to the Oakland A's last night which raised Tolleson's ERA to a ridiculous 9.20.  While Tolleson had the nerve to say he was surprised by the move, no one else should be.  While no official replacement was named, you heard it here that Sam Dyson is the logical next man up.  With a sparkling 1.80 ERA and two successful save conversions, Dyson is the guy to own wherever available.  While Dyson has no track record as a closer, anyone would be better then Tolleson who did nothing to show his solid job closing games replacing Neftali Feliz a year ago was legit.  Cut Tolleson in all formats.
