FANTASY BASEBALL INJURY FALLOUT: HERE WE GO AGAIN WITH JACOBY ELLSBURY

We are not even out of spring training and the first injury scare of the season for New York Yankees outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury is at hand.  Ellsbury was forced out of the team's exhibition game Saturday after he was plunked on the wrist with a fastball from Julio Teheran.  Ellsbury was grimacing noticeably after getting hit and he immediately headed into the dugout for X-rays.  This is old news for Ellsbury as the guy is simply one of the most injury-prone players in fantasy baseball and 2015 was no different when he missed a giant chunk of the year with a leg problem.  Always a slow healer, any health malady Ellsbury suffers is no small thing and with age becoming a factor at 32 and with steal numbers slipping, the overall outlook here is very murky.  It was these reasons we told you all to avoid Ellsbury in drafts as he is about as big a headache to own as anyone in the game.  Stay tuned for an update but as always you should expect the worst with the guy.
