FANTASY BASEBALL NEWS: YOENIS CESPEDES DECIDING BETWEEN METS AND ORIOLES

Free agent outfielder Yoenis Cespedes is deciding whether to accept a one-year deal from the New York Mets or a five-year from the Baltimore Orioles.  The Orioles have offered Cespedes five years at $90 million but Cespedes originally was looking for as much as $180 million when free agency began.  The idea on the one-year deal would be to try and cash in next winter.

Analysis:  I find it hard to believe Cespedes would leave $90 million on the table and the idea of hitting in a prime power park but you never know with these things.  Either way, Cespedes should be a mid-range outfielder 1 in all fantasy baseball formats this season.
