FANTASY FOOTBALL BREAKING NEWS: TITANS EXPECTING MARCUS MARIOTA (KNEE) TO PLAY SUNDAY

The Tennessee Titans expect rookie QB Marcus Mariota to give it a go on Sunday despite being diagnosed with a sprained MCL in his knee.  Mariota was hit low in last Sunday's loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars which earned the ire of coach Ken Whisenhunt.  While he didn't practice on Wednesday, Mariota is expected to try and get into at least Friday's preparation.

Analysis:  Mariota should take a seat as the Titans are not going anywhere and they need to protect their franchise QB.  Whisenhunt is fighting for his job though and needs to start picking up wins.  As far as fantasy football is concerned, Mariota had some QB 2 value the first two weeks but he has been terrible since.
