FANTASY BASEBALL BREAKING NEWS: MATT KEMP COULD HEADED TO SAN DIEGO FOR YASMANI GRANDAL

The Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres continue to discuss parameters about a potential trade centering on outfielder Matt Kemp.  The Dodgers are looking to open up a spot for top prospect Joc Pederson and the Padres are a good fit as they are willing to move catcher Yasmani Grandal who fits a need for them.  The Baltimore Orioles are also involved in the talks and could pick up their interest now that Nick Markakis signed with the Atlanta Braves.

Analysis:  Kemp seems like a goner and going to San Diego would be pretty crummy for his fantasy baseball value.  While Kemp had a decent comeback season in 2014 with 25 home runs, his former five-tool ability is looking like a thing of the past as his loss of speed is costing him much of his former stolen base prowess.
