FANTASY FOOTBALL BREAKING NEWS: ANDRE WILLIAMS GETS GOAL-LINE TD FOR GIANTS

The New York Giants and Buffalo Bills kicked off the 2014 football season with the Hall of Fame Game on Sunday and despite both teams having their offenses only play a few series, there were some notable news items.  The biggest was the goal-line touchdown run by Giants rookie RB Andre Williams which confirmed earlier camp news that the bruiser would be used in that role, with free agent signee Rashad Jennings working the rest of the carries.  This carries some decent-sized fantasy football news in that Williams would gain some low end RB 2 value in standard formats and Jennings shoot down to a RB 3 in that setup.  The flip side of course is that Jennings retains low end RB 2 value in PPR formats while Williams goes to RB 3 value due to his lack of catches.  Overall Jennings is hurt the most here as he could have reached as high as a low end RB 1 in PPR formats if he had gotten the goal-line touches but that doesn't seem to be what will take place.
