FANTASY BASEBALL BREAKING NEWS: MARINERS TO TRADE EITHER BRAD MILLER OR NICK FRANKLIN

Having Robinson Cano at second base and no room in the outfield, the Seattle Mariners are expected to trade either infielder Brad Miller or prospect Nick Franklin.  Privately the team prefers to keep Miller who has a much more refined swing unlike Franklin who struck out in 25 percent of his at-bats last season as a rookie.

Analysis:  The New York Mets are known to have talked with Seattle over the two and both would fit nicely there in place of the awful Ruben Tejada.  Franklin has more upside in terms of fantasy baseball with his power/speed game but he also is an average liability.  Miller meanwhile can hit .300 in his sleeper but supply a bit less in the rate stats.
