FANTASY FOOTBALL WEEK 11 WRAPUP: RAIDERS FIND A QB IN MATT MCGLOIN WHO THROWS FOR 3 TD'S IN WIN

Undrafted rookie QB Matt McGloin threw for three touchdowns in his starting debut for the Oakland Raiders Sunday and overall likely won the starting job from struggling Terrell Pryor.  McGloin completed 18 of 32 passes for 197 yards and the three scores overall.

Analysis:  One thing that has been eye opening this season is how many previously nondescript passers have come out of nowhere to have big games such as McGloin,  Brian Hoyer, Case Keenum etc.  McGloin should not be started yet in fantasy football as it was just one game and came against an awful Houston Texans secondary.  He does bear watching however as he showed a very strong arm and poise.
