HOCKEY FIGHTS CENTRAL NEWS: PANTHERS ACQUIRE KRYS BARCH FROM NEW JERSEY

The Florida Panthers acquired enforcer Krys Barch from the New Jersey Devils to add toughness to their lineup.  Barch joins heavyweight enforcer George Parros to add some big time grit to their fourth line.

Analysis:  This move means that Cam Janssen will likely make the Devils out of training camp which is huge.  With Barch around it was looking like Janssen would either be sent to the minors or would play only when Barch was scratched and not in tandem.  Meanwhile the Panthers look pretty tough now with both Barch and Parros.  Nice deal all the way around for fight fans.
