FANTASY BASEBALL BREAKING NEWS: GIANTS RE-SIGN HUNTER PENCE TO FIVE YEAR DEAL FOR $90 MILLION

                                                        Hunter Pence

Capitalizing on a big time 2013 season, San Francisco Giants outfielder Hunter Pence re-signed with the team Saturday for five years and $90 million.  Pence hit .282 with 26 home runs and 22 steals while collecting 94 RBI with 90 runs scored with only two days left in the season.

Analysis:  Pence could have gotten more on the open market but he realized playing in quiet San Fran is a perfect match for his low key personality after flaming out in Philly.  Pence once again is back to quietly being one of the best fantasy baseball outfielders who can contribute across the board.  Like when he was with Houston, Pence passed the 20/20 mark and should be right around the same numbers going forward so grade him accordingly.
