The Kansas City Royals are planning to reinstall demoted closer Joakim Soria to the role after a short setup stint. Soria has pitched well since being removed from the ninth in an effort to correct his struggles. Aaron Crow has been filling in during this time period.
Analysis: Its not surprising that Soria is going back in as I didnt think this would last long. He has been so good for the last three years that he deserved the chance to earn the job back which is what he is doing with good setup outings. The only letdown is that Crow wont get the chance to show his stuff in the ninth.
