Toronto Blue Jays closer Frank Francisco is going to get his closing gig back according to manager John Russell. Russell spoke to reporters and mentioned how he wants to get his release point more concistent before he makes the move and in the meantime Jon Rauch will continue closing games, This came a few days after he endorsed Rauch for the job. The situation has gotten beyond confusing.
Analysis: I really dont understand this as Francisco has been horrible while Rauch has actually been all right. Keep both around for now and see how this plays out I guess. Just dont count on a change any time soon.
