FANTASY BAEBALL NEWS: GIANTS 3B PABLO SANDOVAL TO CATCH SOME WHEN HE RETURNS
Rehabbing San Francisco Giants 3B Pablo Sandoval could make some starts behind the plate when he returns from his broken hand. Sandoval is expected to come off the DL on Monday as he has played in rehab games for the last week. He originally came up as a catcher before moving over to third base and he no doubt would see a big rise in value if he grabs eligibility behind the dish.
Analysis: In some league's Sandoval would gain eligibility after only five games starters so he could be your team's catcher by the end of the month. Great news if it happens as an everyday player like Sandoval having catcher eligibility is a fantasy baseball owner's dream. Lets hope this is not just a rumor.
